How do I book a service?
Use the Request a Service form. It takes a few minutes and you don't need an account. You'll get a job reference straight away, and we'll confirm the details with you before anything is booked.
How much will my job cost?
Every property is different, so most jobs are priced with a written quotation based on the details and photos you send. Where a service shows an indicative price, the quotation confirms the final amount before you approve anything.
How do quotations work?
We review your request and either send a quotation or ask a few follow-up questions. Quotations list what is included, any exclusions and an expiry date. You can approve, decline or ask for clarification from your tracking page or account.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms that apply to your job are set out in your quotation before you approve it.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If you won't be there, you can describe access arrangements in the request form. Please don't include alarm codes or key-safe codes in the form; we'll arrange those securely with you directly.
