Submitting a request does not create a booking. A job is confirmed only after you approve a quotation (where one is issued) and we confirm an appointment.

Quotations state the work included, exclusions, assumptions, price and expiry date. Cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms for a job are set out in its quotation.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
